USD1,000/per delegate for early-bird payment before June 3 and USD1,200/per delegate for payment later than June 3. All payment should 
be paid in advance. The payment covers the following fees:
1.Registration fee; 
2.Hotel accommodation: 1 King-bed/double-bed room, two nights (Jun 22-23 and Jun 23-24) 
incl. single breakfast;
3.Catering: Please see the catering timetable; 
4.Conference materials;
5.China Steel Mill Map (English version) for free;
6.Free pick-up and send-off services.
For attending the steel mills field visit, an extra USD200 (for early-bird payment)
 or USD300 (for payment after June 3) per delegate should be paid in advance. The payment will cover all
 hotel accommodation, catering, and traffic fees incurred during the field visit. 

Catering Timetable (not inclusive of that during the steel mills field trip)

1.Accommodation

During the sourcing fair, please check in on June 22 and check out before 12:00 pm mid-day of June 24. 
Check in at hotel reception desk after your conference registration. Please return the room card to our reception desk when checking out. The organizer will not be responsible for any extra hotel room services and other charges incurred.

2.Pick-up and send-off at the airport

If you need airport pick-up, please contact us through Skype, Whatsapp, Wechat or email before June 10, and inform us of your 
itinerary details. If you need send-off to the airport, we will arrange tax service for you.

3.Visa support service

If support is needed from us for your visa application, we can help by getting official documents from the Chinese government on condition that you have made the payment and ask us for help no later than May
31. If we fail to obtain effective official documents for the visa application purpose, we will fully refund your payment.
